Things sometimes break down in every rental property, such as lighting, minor accidents, but also things that break or go missing. In this case, you can call in our team to fix things. Our professionals will take up the case and give advice and, in consultation with you, advise the best decision solution and then carry out the work if desired.

When things are rented out, things break down and tenants will have to be replaced urgently, we call it the replacement service, after all, there is little time if, for example, a refrigerator breaks down or a washing machine breaks down. In some cases, if it is really urgent, we will get the product or part to be replaced or in other cases you can order it online and we will ensure that the delivery takes place correctly. To prevent problems, we advise owners to always act in consultation with us, sometimes online services promise things that they do not deliver and this can cause great irritation to tenants, in such cases it is often better to collect the delivery yourself and install it immediately. Even an air conditioner that suddenly stops, although it is not always easy to replace an air conditioner during the high season, we will then do our utmost to limit the inconvenience for the tenants, if necessary with an emergency air conditioner.
