Helping Hand cleaning services vary from normal weekly cleaning or cleaning at change of tenants. We also take care of the cleaning of a house that has been completed during new construction and can even assist you in furnishing and preparing the house. A new construction delivery always goes together with a quotation, as the delivery of builders can vary enormously per project. In some cases, our company uses special high-pressure cleaners or steam equipment and/or special cleaning agents
In consultation you can indicate which services you want to use, our calculator gives an indication of normal cleaning, with or without pets and cleaning for the new season after the winter period for example. This is not necessary if we manage your home and keep it clean during the winter period on a minimum monthly basis.
Holiday rental cleaning
Simply put, the holiday cleaning is aimed at a cleaned home where the guests feel at home without complaints. For holiday homes, it is important for our team to be able to carry out the cleaning efficiently and quickly, especially since the changeover often takes place at the weekend and many houses are scheduled for the same day. We give advice and discuss this with you on how you can ensure that your rental runs smoothly.
Regular cleaning
If you use the house yourself and want to have it cleaned regularly, for example weekly, our team will go through with you which step-by-step plan is best applicable, so that each time they tackle the basics of the entire house with a part per visit that receives extra attention. This way of cleaning is aimed at ensuring that you can enjoy a neat, cleaned home. The calculator gives you an impression of the price, but we naturally visit every home before the start and during a free, no-obligation intake, our manager will go through everything with you and determine a time when the cleaning suits you best.
Are you allergic to certain substances? We will also go through this, if you have a preference for certain matters, you can discuss everything with our team manager in a customised way.
Commercial projects
Our team also works on professional commercial projects, urbanizations, where we take care of the cleaning, sometimes early in the morning before opening.
Disinfect and clean
We use special cleaning agents to prevent vermin, it goes without saying that we go through such matters with you and the approach may differ if you have pets.
