Vacation rentals, Helping Hand offers a number of solutions for vacation rental customers, these services are separate from our property service program, but in combination with our rental management you make it for yourself very easy, because in this case we not only take care of your property management and cleaning, but literally take care of everything from A to Z. The rental management program consists of a number of options, the main ones being with our package A and B. In addition to this, if you have a management package with us based on weekly inspection of your property, the meet and greet is included on all arrivals. With the monthly or 2 weekly inspection management package we can take care of the guest reception and intake of your rental guests against payment per arrival.
In package A, you have support through our company, we take responsibility for the arrival of your guests, even in the event of a delay, we will ensure the correct transfer of your home, the check-in and check-out of the guests and check identification on arrival. We will also provide support for your bookings, i.e. we will answer emails and telephone, keep the calendar up to date and ensure that everything runs smoothly. What is not included in package A is advertising your property on third party portals. However, your property is listed on the portal on directly connected portals such as those of Estatefy, so you can always refer your guests to that calendar and booking is also possible via this portal without additional advertising costs for you. The cost of this package is 10% of your booking.
If you opt for package B, this is only possible if we take care of the full management on exclusive agreement, i.e. we arrange everything from A to Z. Our company will take care of the advertisements of your property on paid portals and we pay the commission to these portals. The entire settlement goes through our company. With this package you have the option to work on the basis of a net return, you give us an amount that you want to receive and we will determine the rental amount per period. Another option is that you determine the rental amount and pay us 20% for the all-in service. Any form of service, complaint, the settlement of the rent and deposit goes through Helping Hand, which transfers the net amount of the booking to you. In short, you have a carefree rental and we take care of everything during the rental period. You can block periods yourself in the booking software and determine when you want to keep the house free for your own use. You also have the option to select.
In the situation that you prefer to advertise on portals directly and your selected portal generates a booking, we deduct 10%, which means you switch back to pack A. This will not limit you from any advertising and this counts as well if you general bookings direct and will ask Helping hand to follow up your booking.
In this case you only pay for the so-called Meet and Greet. Packages A and B include the meet and greet. * For weekly property management customers this service is free for all arrivals.
In addition to this, we provide the linen, this can be your own linen and towels or rented through Helping hand, we advise you to use our linen and towel rental service, you not only save your own linen and towels, but also have the guarantee that we bring washed linen and towels per rental.Whichever form you choose with Helping hand, you have the freedom to choose what suits you best and you can be sure that our team delivers maximum performance to ensure that the rental is carefree.
